Processing of all white and red grape varieties from a small 1.18-hectare vineyard in San Vicente de la Sonsierra. Among the reds: 65% Tempranillo, 20% Grenache, 2.5% Graciano, 1% Petit Bouschet; and among the whites: 4.4% Calagraño, 3.2% Turruntés (Rioja), and 2.8% Viura (Macabeo).
EXPANSION
9 months in barriques. Environmentally integrated agriculture, environmentally friendly viticulture, respecting the biorhythm of the vine.
