Vineyards: San Vicente de la Sonsierra, La Rioja

Elaboration: Maceration of all the varieties during four days. Fermentation controlled at 16°C. cold stabilized.

Alcohol content: 12,5% vol.

Tasting notes: A clean, bright salmon color. The nose is vibrant, offering aromas of red berries with subtle hints of anise and fresh fruits like strawberry, raspberry, and pomegranate. On the palate, it is fresh and well-balanced, with a harmonious interplay of fruit and acidity.
